Café Caribbean Cocktail

Rum and amaretto come together to give your coffee a taste of the Caribbean! 

  • 1 ounce rum
  • 1/2 ounce amaretto liqueur
  • 6 ounces hot black coffee (Chefs of the Caribbean Coffee)
  • Whipped cream, for garnish
  • Sliced almonds, for garnish
  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. Pour the rum and amaretto into an Irish coffee glass or coffee mug.
  3. Fill with hot coffee.
  4. Top with whipped cream and garnish with sliced almonds. Serve and enjoy!
