Jerk Turkey Burger

This is a simple and delicious recipe. This recipe can also be used for meatballs or meat loaves.

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, jerk seasoning, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
  2. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
